Shipping Methods & Returns
If you need a shipping quote to your state in the USA or country outside the USA, create an account at Loop-Master, drop them items in your cart, proceed to checkout to the shipping area and you will be able to see your total shipping costs. We have shipped to just about every country on the planet so yea, we should be able to get it to you no matter where you are. Oh yea, shipping is free for anything in any amount to anywhere in the world if your cart total is $300 and over.
SHIPPING METHODS:
All Loop-Master.com items bought in the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the USA.
Shipping for all other products to all other territories is via USPS Global Express Mail w/tracking and insurance or USPS Global Priority Mail. NOTE: Even though USPS claims the average delivery time for Global Express Mail is 5-7 business days, it may get delayed by the customs in your country for an unpredictable amount of time. Shipments have always arrived though.
RETURNS:
Any returns are for repairs only. Loop-Master switchers and routers are built like anvils and should last for decades. In the unlikely event of any problems with the unit(s), always check your cables and AC adapters first. (We have found that 99% of problems were due to poor cables or user error.) If in fact the Loop-Master unit is at fault, email us with the details of your problem and then we will have you send the unit back to us for repair or replacement. All units at fault within the first three years of purchase and under normal use* will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If it has been over three years since your purchase and you encounter problems, email us and we will discuss repair or replacement options.
*Normal use: Touring/Gigging like a Banshee.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
If your package returns to Loop-Master due to having an insufficient or wrong addres and/or you were unable to sign or be present at the time of delivery (some carriers will have you to sign, some will not), we cannot be responsible for return shipping.
