Shipping & Returns

If you would like to get a quote on how much it would be to ship to your address, just log in or create an account, drop the items you wish to purchase in your cart, proceed to the shipping area of checkout and you will be able to view your shipping costs.

All shipments going to any USA address will ship USPS Priority Mail.

With all shipments going outside the USA, you will have a choice between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Global Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail. Here's a breakdown of each international service:

USPS First Class Mail: (slowest, most affordable service but not available for larger packages. no insurance, partial tracking)

USPS Global Priority Mail: (a little more expensive and faster than USPS First Class International. no insurance, better tracking)

USPS Global Express Mail: (most expensive and fastest service. includes insurance and full tracking)

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or packages returned to us due to an insufficient address. If your order gets returned here to our shop due to an insufficient address, we will be happy to re-forward the package to you but you will be responsible for re-shipment charges. Check your address before pulling the trigger! We are also not responsible for any duties or fees that your country's customs charge you to receive your package.

Returns:

All Loop-Master products carry a (3) year warranty. If you find that your Loop-Master switcher is faulty within this 3-year timeframe, just shoot us an email and we will take care of it. As with all Loop-Master switchers past, present, and future, these are meticulously hand-built and returns are for repairs only.
