Shipping
Smaller shipments going outside the USA will ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Larger shipments will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Small shipments going to any USA address will ship either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or packages returned to us due to an insufficient address. If your order gets returned here to our shop due to an insufficient address, we will be happy to re-forward the package to you but you will be responsible for re-shipment charges. Check your address before pulling the trigger! We are also not responsible for any duties or fees that your country's customs charge you to receive your package.
Returns:
All Loop-Master products carry a (3) year warranty to the original owner/purchase. If you find that your Loop-Master switcher is faulty within this 3-year timeframe, just shoot us an email and we will take care of it. As with all Loop-Master switchers past, present, and future, these are meticulously hand-built and returns are for repairs only.

My international USPS tracking shows the last activity was in the USA and I haven't gotten any further updates.
This would apply to First Class International packages as well as some USPS Global Priority Mail packages. Tracking will show in the USA but once it leaves the USA, you may nott see anymore tracking info for awhile. There's nothing you or I can do about this but wait it out which may take up to a month to get through customs to be delivered in some cases.
What shipper do you use for international shipments?
USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Global Priority, and USPS Global Express. You will have a choice between these in checkout. (note: First Class International is only available for smaller packages)
I do not live in the USA. What is the price for shipping an order to my country?

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
If you paid via PayPal, you should get an email confirming that shipment. Note: Keep an eye out for it in your spam box as well because I believe that these types of emails are easily filtered out. We will also mark your order under your account at Loop-Master "shipped" when it goes out.
I have not received a USPS email.
Once it has been dispatched, I will post your tracking on your order which will be in your order history. If you haven't gotten the USPS email, I haven't dispatched it out just yet.
