Shipping/Returns

If you would like to get a quote on how much it would be to ship to your address, just log in or create an account, drop the items you wish to purchase in your cart, proceed to the shipping area of checkout and you will be able to view your shipping costs. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE A PURCHASE TO VIEW SHIPPING COSTS

All shipments going outside the USA will ship via USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.

All shipments going to any USA address will ship USPS Ground Advantage or in some cases, large items will ship UPS. If your item is going to Hawaii, I will try to remember to ship Priority Mail so that it doesn't go by boat.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or packages returned to us due to an insufficient address. If your order gets returned here to our shop due to an insufficient address, we will be happy to re-forward the package to you but you will be responsible for re-shipment charges. Check your address before pulling the trigger! We are also not responsible for any duties or fees that your country's customs charge you to receive your package.

Returns:

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY FOR NECESSARY REPAIR PURPOSES. All Loop-Master switchers are meticulously hand-built to order, and some models come equipped with LEDs are considered custom. Regardless, all our products come with a (3) year warranty for the original owner/purchaser. If you discover any faults or issues with your Loop-Master switcher within this 3-year timeframe, simply contact us via email, and we will take care of any necessary repairs. Please note again that returns are accepted for repair purposes only.

What are your build times?(updated 12-14-24)

Small orders usually ship quick in few days but anything that involves a strip enclosure takes a bit longer. This is because I build all of the strip enclosures now as my supplier passed away. I could not find anyone to build these exactly like I wanted let alone the prices would have been sky high. With me taking on the task of fabricating them, I could continue keeping the cost down and the quality up for you guys but at the expense of it being a little more time consuming. Also, I can adjust lengths on them if you were to need increased switch spacing for clown feet or decreased spacing if you don't mind it being tighter.

Please note that holidays and non-business days (Sat/Sun) are excluded from build times although I usually do work those days anyways most of the time.

Do you ship to my country?/How much for shipping?

My international USPS tracking shows the last activity was in the USA and I haven't gotten any further updates.

A common issue. Usually this is because it is not being tracked while going in and out of all the airport terminals and customs processes but will eventually pick back up when it enters your country/region. Just keep checking and give it awhile to resurface.

What shipper do you use for international shipments?

USPS international, USPS Priority Mail international, and UPS. (Depends on where it is going and how big the package is)

I do not live in the USA. What is the price for shipping an order to my country?

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

If you paid via PayPal, you should get an email confirming that shipment. Note: Keep an eye out for it in your spam box as well because I believe that these types of emails are easily filtered out. We will also mark your order under your account at Loop-Master "shipped" when it goes out.

I have not received a USPS email.

Once it has been dispatched, I will post your tracking on your order which will be in your order history. If you haven't gotten the USPS email, I haven't dispatched it out just yet. Keep an eye on your spam and trash folders as these can land in there by accident. Also, if you didn't create an account when you ordered, that can complicate updates a bit but I do have secondary emails sent straight to your email from my shipper which is Pirate Ship when it goes. Arggh Matey etc..
