Save your old cartridges!!! If you are using a Dunlop Echoplex cartridge, you will not believe how good an Echoplex can sound with high quality tape rewound to them. Rewinding them will save you a lot, and it will make your EP-1, EP-2, EP-3, or EP-4 Echoplex sound 100% better.
From what I heard compared to a new Dunlop tape, (Dunlop does not manufacture these anymore) all three of my EP-3's echo sounded richer, fuller, sustained easier, was quieter, and had less warble when I first rewound the tapes for these.
NOTE: THIS IS A SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS THAT ALREADY HAVE AN ECHOPLEX TAPE CARTRIDGE TO BE REWOUND DUE TO WORN OUT TAPE OR, BROKEN TAPE. YOU MUST SEND IN YOUR TAPE. IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE OLD METAL CARTRIDGES AND IT DOES NOT HAVE TAPE ON IT, WE CANNOT REFILL THESE AT THIS TIME. IF IT DOES HAVE TAPE ON IT, YOU'RE GOOD TO GO.
**WE CAN REFILL PLASTIC CARTRIDGES THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY TAPE IN THEM AS WELL AS FULLTONE TAPES AND FULLTONE BALL BEARING TAPES.**
